Refund & Exchange Policy

1 Return Eligibility
Books must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for books that have been written in, damaged, or are missing pages.
2 How to Request a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp at 0300-6475904 or email support@bookstop.pk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process within 24 hours.
3 Exchange Policy
We gladly exchange books for a different edition or title of equal or greater value (with price difference paid). Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the original item.
4 Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD orders receive refund via EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
5 Non-Returnable Items
Damaged books purchased at discounted prices, digital downloads, and custom orders are non-returnable. Books marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
6 Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged during transit. In such cases, we cover the return shipping cost in full.
